THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.15323 of 2009 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the letter dated 25.7.2009, issued by the District Medical & Health Officer, Kurnool, as without jurisdiction and contrary to G.O.Rt. No.4459 dated 27.1.2006; and to consequently set aside the same by permitting the petitioner-society to continue the outsourcing services in the 4th respondent-department till the completion of the period of one year. The writ petition relates to the year 2009, and the one year period came to an end in 2010 more than seven years ago. It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
