THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4511 of 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Hyderabad, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
