THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.181 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has violated the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2010 in S.A.M.P.No.749 of 2010 in S.A.No.308 of 2010 and orders dated 18.11.2011 in Contempt Case No.966 of 2010.

Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, Advocate, representing Sri T.Surya Satish, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent-contemnor is no more. He further submitted that no cause of action survives in this contempt case. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
