Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Special Standing Counsel for C.B.I. For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner/Accused No.10, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.10 is directed to appear before Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam, in C.C.No.14 of 2011 on 27.04.2015 to which date the case is posted for framing of charges and on such appearance, the learned Judge shall recall the N.B.W. issued again him. Further, the petitioner/Accused No.10 shall cooperate with the Court for framing of charges and smooth completion of the trial.
