This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to appear for the General Surgery paper/examination scheduled to be held on 29.06.2015, by issuing Hall Ticket and by condoning the shortage of 4% attendance, occasioned on account of ill-health, as it is within the permissible limits. In view of the conduct of the examination today, it is not possible to grant any relief in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
