When the matter was called on 03.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of both the parties and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of 'for dismissal'. Even today, again when the matter is called there is no representation on either side.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
