THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13616 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.13, A.14 and A.15 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No.98 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Yerpedu, Tirupati Urban, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 323, 353 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The allegation against the petitioners herein is that the petitioners herein slapped the de facto complainant, who is working as Air India Airport Manager, when the complainant did not allow the petitioners along with the other accused to board the flight as they came late.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.3/A.15 is arrested by the police. He further submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence and they have been falsely implicated in the crime and as such, he prays this Court to grant bail to the petitioners herein.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.
