HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WIRT PETITION No.7789 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in not releasing the Essential Commodities for the Shop No.24 of Aratlakota Village, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District in pursuance of the proceedings in Rc.No.260/2015/C, dated 30.09.2015 and Rc.No.353A/2013/CS, dated 09.10.2015 issued by the 3rd and 4th respondents respectively. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the orders dated 30.09.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsipatnam, whereunder Rs.5,000/- has been imposed as penalty, the proposed action against the petitioner has been dropped and also proceedings have been issued thereafter restoring the Fair Price Shop authorisation in favour of the petitioner vide orders dated 09.03.2016 passed by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Payakaraopeta Mandal. In that view of the matter, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.
