Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, challenging the common order, dated 11.06.2015, passed in I.A.Nos.84 and 85 of 2015 in O.S.No.170 of 2013, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla.

3. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the connected C.R.P.No.4995 of 2015 is allowed by this Court and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this civil revision petition; and that the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
