No. 1708 of 2020 Dt: 31-01-2020 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed for a direction to the respondent No. 4 to produce the petitioner's mother, cousin sister, and villager, namely Nallabothula Venkatamma, Nallabothula Nagamani, and Guggilapu Krishnaveni respectively, before this Court, and to set them at liberty. Mr. J. P. Srikanth, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
