This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners/JDRs 2 to 5, 7 & 8, assailing the order, dated 04.03.2014, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed in E.P.No.78 of 2013 in O.S.No.1030 of 2005. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioners/JDRs 2 to 5, 7 & 8. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the E.P. itself is disposed of on 11.03.2016. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
