THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2000 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 23.01.2013 passed in I.A.No.2020 of 2012 in O.S.No.339 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge at Eluru. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of vacate stay petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted.
