THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.33636 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.369 of 2014 and take action against the accused therein.
Heard and perused the material available on record. The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by her, though the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.369 of 2014 against the 4th respondent for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC on 20.06.2014, so far, no steps have been taken and charge sheet has not been filed before the court concerned.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.369 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, either way in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 02.01.2017.
