This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in not conducting the proceedings to allot the Government Land to an extent of Ac.0.15 in Sy.No.581 and the land to an extent of Ac.3.17 in Sy.No.582, situated at Jawahar Nagar Revenue Village of Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District to the Women Development Welfare Association, for market value, basing on the Memo No.Lc.3/5451/2002, dt.04.09.2002 issued by the 2nd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue brought to the notice of this Court that earlier, the petitioner filed two writ petitions in respect of subject land i.e. WP.No.2890 of 2019 and WP.No. 26229 of 2019; that both the writ petitions were dismissed by this Court on 12.12.2019 and on 05.12.2019, respectively. He also produced copies of the said orders before this Court in which petitioner is a party. But the said aspect is not mentioned in the present writ petition.

Since the petitioner filed the present writ petition without disclosing the fact that he earlier filed two writ petitions in respect of subject land, which amounts to suppression of fact, on the sole ground itself, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 10.02.2020 tk
