This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the inaction of the 2nd Respondent in not processing the necessary service records of the petitioner for fixing his pensionary and other benefits for which the petitioner is entitled as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to law."

At the hearing, Mr.G.Venkata Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
