THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.5542 OF 2001 ORDER:

1.

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in rejecting the proposals of the 1st respondent for regularization of the petitioner's services, vide proceedings dated 25.3.2000 as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently, to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment with all consequential benefits. 2.

Heard Sri Ch. Satish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.S. Raju, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Women's Corporative Finance Corporation.

3.

It has been contended by the petitioner that he was initially appointed in the post of electrician-cum-attender after being sponsored by the employment exchange, on 18.1.1988 and ever since, he has been continuing in the said post, but his services were not regularized so far. 4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.No.8423 of 2001, dated 22.12.2017. The other side Counsel has not disputed the same.

5.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above judgment dated 22.12.2017 in W.P.No.8423 of 2001 with a direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service. If the petitioner is continuing as on today, he should be extended the minimum time scale of pay attached to the post in which he is working. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ (ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J) Dated: 15th June, 2018 Nn
