THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14391 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not absorbing the petitioner in aided post of Junior Lecturer in the 2nd respondent college as illegal and arbitrary and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner with all other benefits. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of addressing a letter, the petitioner did not turn up.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J March 21, 2016.
