HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27741 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed representation on 07-062012 seeking for entering the petitioner's name as actual possessor of land in respect of Ac.6-00 guntas in Sy.No.874/2 situated at Bayyaram Village and Mandal, Khammam District. In the representation, it is stated that the petitioner has purchased lands in the year 1959 and his father name was continued up to 1980 and he died in the year 1980. The representation of the petitioner, dated 07-06-2012, is after a long lapse of time after death of his father.

In view of the same, it is not known why the petitioner waited from 1980 till 2016 in filing the application. The petitioner has not filed any document in support of his application, so also the writ affidavit filed by him is vague. As such, no direction can be given.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
