SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.4 6 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused, in Crime No.584 of 2017 on the file of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda District. The offence alleged is under Section 354 D IPC and Section 12 POCSO Act, 2012.

2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner, who is a neighbour of the de facto complainant, has been following the daughter of the de facto complainant and harassing her daughter to love him.

4.

Hence, considering the nature of the allegations, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
