Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case and a letter dated 17-09-2019 was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
