This writ petition is filed challenging the refusal order dated 21.07.2016 passed by the 6th respondent. Heard both sides.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act against the impugned order. As such, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to it under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
