THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.137 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have heard the learned Government Pleader for Education for the appellants and Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents, quite in extenso. 2.

We see that the efforts taken by the learned Single Judge during the course of consideration of the writ petition is only a proactive approach to find out ways and means of putting on track the Model Schools in the State of Telangana along with its residential components. Due and requisite management of those sectors are required for appropriate modulation of the sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic, republic, as stated in the Constitution of India. This is to track the proper growth of the youngsters through the State Government schools, which are model schools. When they have residential components to support them, such residential institutions should be properly brought up.

We do not see that the learned Single Judge has passed any orders against the interest of the State Government, particularly, when the efforts taken by the learned Government Pleader before us is to show that much has been done even before the order was issued. It is therefore open to the official respondents in the writ petition to show to the satisfaction of the learned Single Judge that requisite actions are being followed and would be carried forward without sacrificing the statutory and legitimate interest of those who are employed as Principals in the institutions.

3.

In the light of the aforesaid, it is for the appellants to seek any clarification, modification or extension of time for performance as regards the directions issued by the learned Single Judge. 4.

Without prejudice to that, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________________ THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN, CJ ____________________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Date: 25.02.2019 va
