This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.4, 5 and 7 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.179 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nawabpet Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418 and 420 read with 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
