It is fairly conceded by Sri N.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the issue raised in this Writ Petition fell for consideration before this Court in Writ Petition No.6258 of 2005 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 07.02.2011 passed in the said batch is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated common order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
