THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5275 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The Writ Petition is disposed of by the following order: We are told that the premises in question has been unlocked now. An order needs to be passed by the respondent concerned on this issue. However, the objection of the petitioner has not been dealt with by the respondent Corporation.

We therefore direct that the objection of the petitioner shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law, after giving a personal hearing to him. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
