Today, when these Writ Petitions have been taken up for hearing, on being mentioned, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health & Family Welfare submit that the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the Order dated 05.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16610 of 2016 and in view of the same, these petitions also require to be allowed.

In the order, dated 05.10.2017, this Court held that after the Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board Act (for short, 'the Act') came into force, it is the Board which has jurisdiction, in all respects, to include / not to include certain para medical courses and to award degrees/diplomas with respect to the said courses. In those circumstances, the cases of the petitioners shall be considered by Respondents 1 and 2, in terms of the above-said Act and the Rules made thereunder and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
