THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1986 of 2003 ORDER:

Advocate for writ petitioner submitted that this Court passed interim order on 10-04-2003 in WPMP No.7414/2003 directing to deposit Rs.53,100/- within a period of three weeks from the date of order and that the respondent No.2 was permitted to withdraw the amount. He submitted now the factory was closed on 19-04-1999 and this writ petition can be closed in terms of the interim order dated 10-04-2003.

2. Considering the submission of the Advocate for writ petitioner,

this writ petition is closed in terms of the interim order dated 10-042003. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
