HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.493 OF 2004 ORAL ORDER:

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred challenging the order and decree, dated 27.11.2000 in I.A. No.1471 of 2000 in M.V.O.P. No.1076 of 1996 which was filed under Order IX, Rule 9 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, whereby and where-under the same was dismissed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - IV Additional District Judge, Guntur. In fact, the present appeal was notified earlier and re-notified, and specially posted to take up at 12.30 p.m. onwards. M.V.O.P. relates to the year 1996. Since there is no representation, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
