This revision case is preferred by the petitioner against the orders dated 31.03.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.62 of 2010 in M.C.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court cum Additional District Judge, Khammam.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case, shall stand closed.
