HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22804 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 26.06.2008 passed by the first respondent holding that the committee of the petitioner-Society was disqualified on the ground of non calling for the General Body meetings for the Cooperative year 2007-2008 and thereby appointed a person-in-charge for a period of six months to manage the affairs of the petitionerSociety. In view of the lapse of time and also in view of interim suspension granted by this Court on 6.11.2008, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
