This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed challenging the order of the District Judge, Rajahmundry dated 10.6.2016 in allowing T.O.P.No.113 of 2016 filed by the wife-respondent herein under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to transfer O.P.No.68 of 2013 from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram to the Family Courtcum-IX Additional District Judge, Rajahmundry. Having regard to the fact that the O.P.No.68 of 2013 itself is filed by the wife-respondent herein seeking restitution of conjugal rights, without going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the revision with the following direction:

The Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District Judge, Rajahmundry is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.68 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, more preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
