Sri. M.Chandrasekhar v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.31807 OF 2016
O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 30.05.2016 to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar pass book in respect of the subject land to an extent of Acs.2-12 guntas in Sy.No.50/A/2 of Seshampalli village, Maldakal Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. The 3rd respondent herein filed his objections on 3.6.2016 for mutation of his name, as he also owns an extent of Acs.6-11 guntas in the same survey number. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the 2nd respondent had issued notices to him as well as the 3rd respondent , no action has been taken till date. Hence the writ petition. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Maldakal Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, State of Telangana, to issue notice to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and others if any, and consider their claims and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS --------------------------------------- 21-09-2016
