This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 30.01.2013 passed in I.A.No.2260 of 2012 in I.A.No.510 of 2012 in O.S.No.41 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.

As per the office note, the above suit was decreed on 03.07.2013.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing the revision has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
