None appears for the petitioners.

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 89 of 2013 on the file of Medipalli Police Station, Karimnagar District. Learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the police, after carrying out the necessary investigation into the matter, have referred the case as a 'false one' by filing the report on 25.07.2014.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
