Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in W.P.No. 16467 of 2011. In view of the same and for the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid order, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Office is directed to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.16467 of 2011 dated 10.10.2018 to this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
