The case of the petitioner is that her husband owned and possessed agricultural land to an extent of Ac.20-34 guntas in Sy.No.301/H situated at Chamanapalli Revenue Village, M.R.Karimnagar, Karimnagar District. After demise of her husband, the petitioner and her sons are the legal heirs and the petitioner made application through "Mee Seva" on 03-02-2016 in Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") to mutate her name in respect of above land. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application, dated 03-02-2016, filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-09-2016 Note:
