Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent Municipality. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing the petitioner's application dt.21-10-2019 to restore her name in municipal records for H.No.41-153 situated at Old Bus Stand Area, Mandamarri, Mancherial District as being arbitrary, illegal, unreasonable and contrary to the provisions of Municipalities Act and rules made there under and violative of Article 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dt.21-10-2019 expeditiously and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Municipality is not considering the application/representation dated 21.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner to restore her name in the municipal records for the premises bearing H.No.41-153 situated at Old Bus Stand Area, Mandamarri, Mancherial District. 4.

Learned stand counsel appearing for the third respondent Municipality informs the Court that the application/representation dated 21.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent Municipality to consider the application/representation dated 21.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner for mutating her name in the municipal records for the premises bearing H.No.41-153 situated at Old Bus Stand Area, Mandamarri, Mancherial District, and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
