Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 5 and 6 in repeatedly sending police constables to the house of the petitioners, insisting them to attend before their authority, pressuring the petitioners to adhere their demands, threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases, open rowdy sheet and interfering with their personal life and liberty, as illegal and irregular, consequently, direct respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere in any manner with personal life and liberty of the petitioners.

Though the petitioners sought multiple prayers in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with personal life and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, denied the interference by the respondents with personal life and liberty of the petitioners and further submits that any action to be taken against the petitioners will be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with personal life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. If the respondents intend to take any action against the petitioners, the same shall be in accordance with law.
