No.2044 of 2020 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Since the petitioner had already approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II at Hyderabad by filing Securitization Application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, challenging the possession notice issued by the 1st respondent, LIC Housing Finance Limited, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
