Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader produced copy of proceedings dated 4.3.2019, whereunder the order of promotions of the petitioners is restored consequent upon the suspension of reversion order by this Court on 4.9.2018. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
