WRIT PETITION No.23346 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not implementing amended Regulation No.7(7) of Regulations on Graduate Medical Education (Amendment), 2010 issued by respondent No.2 and in not permitting the petitioner to join main batch students of II Year MBBS Course, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 31.07.2012 passed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to join main batch students of II Year MBBS Course and that respondent No.1 has been presently implementing the amended Regulation. In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.No.29826 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 15th JULY, 2015.
