As the assertion of the petitioner that he had already filed O.S.No.177 of 2018 in the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Shadnagar and obtained an order of injunction in his favour in I.A.No.561 of 2018, the writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies in the civil Court.
