When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Praveen Kumar Veerajala, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law including filing of writ petition challenging the proceedings initiated after filing of the present writ petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
