THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 918 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 05.08.2016, passed in W.P.No.26211 of 2016. In the order, dated 05.08.2016, this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the application submitted by the petitioner in the prescribed format i.e. Form VI (A) under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of four (4) months from that date. The respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that the application of the petitioner was considered and pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued after enquiry on 13.07.2017. It is also asserted that the respondent was transferred to Rompicherla Mandal and joined duty on 18.09.2016. The copy of the order passed by this Court was received by the Office of the Mandal Revenue Officer on 26.09.2016. However, the same has been complied with by the successor of the respondent The petitioner has not filed reply-affidavit denying the same.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
