THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No. 3651 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

Petitioners contend that they have applied on 27.02.2016 vide application No.3000063962 for regularization of their plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 but the respondents 1 and 2 are not taking any action thereon.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to petitioners.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
