HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 633 of 2019 ORDER :

The present Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of the order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.327 of 2019 in Crime No.1340 of 2018 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with a liberty to file bail application. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
