This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is the accused, in Crime No.208 of 2013 on the file of Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 454 and 380 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case was referred as false on 30.01.2015.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
