THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.811 of 2024 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.187 of 2023 on the file of the P.S. Ramagiri, Ramagundam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323 and 290 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The de facto complainant lodged a written complaint on 26.12.2023 alleging that these petitioners who are relatives of his wife have trespassed into his house and injured him and abused his father.

It appears that on account of disputes between spouses, there was an altercation.

In the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, subject to the following conditions:-

1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Ramagiri Police Station, Ramagundam District on or before 31.01.2024. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail, on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall appear before the concerned police on every Monday at 10am for a period of four (04) weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

3) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of

Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
