Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, passed an award on 08.12.2015. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award. The award of the Lok Adalat dated 08.12.2015 shall form part of the judgment.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed.
