HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief:

"to direct the respondents to grant building permission for construction of building with stilt + 4 upper floors to the petitioner in respect of their plot no.747 in Survey No.44/1 of Mathrusri Co-operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district duly considering the application in Reference File No.2/C12/04847/2016, dated 21.11.2016."

Since application for grant of building permission was made only on 21.11.2016, petitioner could not have rushed to this Court even before a decision is made by the competent authority without giving sufficient time. The writ petition is dismissed on that ground leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies if he is aggrieved by the decision of the competent authority on the application submitted by him on 21.11.2016.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
